Resource (HR) solutions to organisations.

Director Robert Pascall
FCIPD
Robert is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development.
He has held senior HR posts in the private, public and voluntary
sectors, including two HR directorships within the NHS and
the
voluntary sector.
In addition to this he has held a number of senior management
posts within the the John Lewis Partnership.
Robert was the newly appointed HR Director at West Dorset
General Hospital NHS Trust in 2004 when the first ever, and
to date only, Improvement Notice for Stress was served by
the Health and Safety Executive.
He successfully led the Trust through the compliance process
and has since spoken at a number of national conferences on
the subject of stress within organisations.
